微信小程序需要备案吗？ 2023年最新规定需要进行备案
备案流程如下：
第一步：https://mp.weixin.qq.com/ 登录微信公众平台选择小程序
第二步：小程序管理后台右侧菜单栏最下方找到： 设置
第三步：设置—基本设置——找到备案——去备案
第四步：验证备案类型，填写相关资料
第五步： 填写备案信息 – 主体填写
第六步：填写备案信息 – 小程序信息填写 和 小程序管理员（小程序负责人）扫脸认证
第七步： 承诺书 预览 并 确认
第八步：材料预览 后 确认提交
第九步：你已成功提交小程序备案，请等待审核
