B2G：英文Business to Government的缩写， 是指企业与政府机构之间的电子商务，即企业与政府之间通过互联网进行的交易活动的模式。
比如电子通关、电子报税等。B2G比较典型的例子是网上采购，即政府机构在网上进行产品、服务的招标和采购。
供货商可以直接从网上下载招标书，并以电子数据的形式发回投标书。同时，供货商可以得到更多的甚至是世界范围内的投标机会。由于通过网络进行投标，因此即使是规模较小的公司也能获得投标的机会。
